Goals and objectives of the industrial park
The main goal of the park is to create an industrial and logistics centre that will become a driver of economic growth in the region, support the development of small and medium-sized businesses and attract domestic and foreign investment.
Key tasks of the industrial park:
- Attracting investment: creating favourable conditions for foreign and local investors.
- Infrastructure development: providing all residents with the necessary resources for effective functioning.
- Job creation: providing the population of the region with employment opportunities in modern enterprises.
- Supporting innovation: stimulating research and development activities, introducing new technologies.
- Export potential: assisting enterprises in entering international markets and strengthening the region’s export capabilities.
Geographical location
The park is located just 14 kilometres from the Polish border, making it a key link between Ukraine and the EU. Major transport routes pass close to the park, including the M11 international motorway and the railway line connecting Ukraine with Europe. This location is ideal for businesses that require reliable and convenient logistics solutions.
Area and infrastructure
The total area of the park is 34.5 hectares, which makes it possible to accommodate both large production facilities and logistics complexes. Each plot is adapted to the modern requirements for business location:
- Electricity supply: the park is equipped with an autonomous transformer substation with the ability to connect renewable energy sources.
- Water supply and sewerage: the park has its own artesian wells and sewerage systems.
- Road infrastructure: the internal road network is connected to international highways and the M11 motorway (Lviv – Krakow).
- Railway infrastructure: the industrial park has a narrow (1435 mm) and a wide (1520 mm) gauge railway on its own territory with adjacent to Mostyska-1 railway station.
- Telecommunications: access to high-speed internet and modern communication system.
Functional purpose of the park
The Mostyska Hub Industrial Park is focused on multidisciplinary development. The priority areas of residents’ activities include:
- Logistics and warehousing (creation of storage and handling centres);
- Manufacturing industry (production of high value-added goods);
