Location

Located near the town of Mostiska, the industrial park ‘Mostiska Dry Port’ has direct access to the international transport corridor ‘Baltica – Black Sea’, which connects Northern and Southern Europe. The territory of the park is located at the intersection of key transport arteries: international motorway M11 (Lviv – Shegini) and territorial motorway T1415 (Mostyska – Sambor – Boryslav). These motorways provide a direct link to Poland and other European Union countries, which makes the park an important link in the transport network of the region.

The park is also located near the Lviv – Krakow railway junction, which provides convenient access to rail transport on both broad gauge and narrow gauge tracks. The park has its own railway sidings of both narrow gauge and broad gauge with connection to Mostiska-1 station, which allows to accept both CIS standard railway wagons (1520 mm) and European rolling stock (1485 mm) for handling. The presence of six road and four railway border crossing points with Poland within the Lviv region makes logistics even more efficient and effective.

The area of the industrial park is 34.5116 hectares, which makes it possible to accommodate both large and medium-sized enterprises. The land plot is in municipal ownership, leased for 30 years with the right of priority purchase.   • Road access: The park will be linked to the M11 motorway via a modern access road, providing easy and quick access to major transport routes.
  • Rail access: The Mostiska-1 railway station is planned to be reconstructed with the creation of a wagon fleet that will serve both narrow and wide gauge railways. This solution will allow efficient handling of large volumes of cargo destined both to Europe and to the east of Ukraine.
  • Electricity supply: The park is supplied with electricity from the existing 10/35 kV overhead lines and will also be equipped with an autonomous power substation with its own generation and transformers. This guarantees uninterrupted power supply to all park facilities.
  • Water supply: Water supply is provided by an independent water intake located outside the project area, which ensures a stable water supply for all the needs of the park.
  • Sewerage: The park is equipped with an autonomous system of sewage treatment facilities. It is also possible to connect to the central sewerage network of the city of Mostiska, which expands the possibilities for accommodation of various types of production facilities.
  • Gas and heat supply: The park has a gas supply to the autonomous heat and power plant and other infrastructure facilities. This allows to maintain comfortable conditions for the operation of enterprises and minimise energy costs.
